Architectural Assistant (Part 2)
We are seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative, design-focused projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your architectural career in a supportive and creative studio environment.

THE ROLE
Salary: £28,500 - £37,500 (dependent on experience)
Location: Studio-based with flexible working options available
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development of concept designs and technical drawings for bespoke residential and high-end development projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure innovative and high-quality design outcomes.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and technical documentation.
- Liaise with consultants and other project stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in design discussions, studio activities, and project reviews.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- RIBA Part 2 qualification (or equivalent) with relevant experience in architectural practice.
- Strong design skills with a passion for creating innovative, high-quality work.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence.
