Keturah Tower
Selected as the winning entry in an invited competition, this 400-meter residential tower rises prominently in Dubai’s downtown skyline, close to the iconic Burj Khalifa. Our design introduces a unique approach to vertical living, featuring Sky Villas, each occupying an entire floor to offer residents a sense of individuality and spacious luxury. These residences are elevated above a multi-functional podium that houses parking, retail, business, hospitality, and wellness amenities, seamlessly integrated into the urban landscape.
We approached the design with a "villa perspective," treating each residence as a distinct, private retreat rather than a traditional unit within a tower. Each 5,000-square-foot villa includes five-bedroom suites, expansive terraces, and a private swimming pool, with living spaces that flow effortlessly between indoor and outdoor areas. At the tower's peak, two penthouses span two floors each, featuring double-height spaces and panoramic views, offering the ultimate in elevated living.
The minimalist interiors balance clean lines with tactile materials and warm tones, creating environments that are both intimate and modern. The villas, rotated around a central core, give the tower a striking and dynamic façade, making a bold architectural statement. Biophilic design principles have been incorporated throughout the building, with green spaces, water features, and abundant natural light contributing to a sense of harmony.
Exclusive amenities such as the sky bar terrace, infinity pools, a rooftop running track, and a residents’ lounge with fine dining enhance the living experience while making a visual impact on the city’s skyline. At the top, a penthouse restaurant provides a unique dining experience with breathtaking views of the city below.
This tower explores the delicate balance between tranquillity and grandeur. Infinity pools reflect the sky, curated art collections and bespoke features like private wine cellars offer personal expression, and natural elements—both inside and out—create a seamless blend of the built and natural environments. Here, architecture and nature coexist in a harmonious and immersive living experience.
