After what feels like a very long time rebranding, redesigning and reassessing our ‘brand’, we are thrilled to announce the relaunch of the Ström Architects website. The practice turned 10 this year, and as the low-rise jeans and velour tracksuits of 2010 have faded into a distant (terrible) memory, it seemed like we were due a little reflection and a makeover too.
The practice has come a long way in the last decade, with the scale and complexity of the projects growing year-on-year. The practice itself has changed a lot too – what started as just Magnus and his dog, now stands at an 8-strong team, and the larger office that we moved into 3 years ago has very nearly been outgrown already! To reflect the changing work environment, the more formal structure of the practice and the more confident, established personality of the company, we have created a more ‘grown-up’ graphic identity.
With a simple monochrome logo, a new font, and a totally re-built website (courtesy of the fantastic Groundnation) – we are entering our second decade with a more mature visual character and a clear celebration of our work, our design principles and our intentions for the future.
