We are hiring... Associate Director/Senior Associate

Ström Architects is a boutique practice specialising in the design and delivery of contemporary high-end residential projects including villas, multi residential schemes and a tower.

Some of these are covered by NDAs - which is why you won’t see them on our website.

We have a 50% international workload and work on projects in more than 10 countries, and four continents.

We regularly compete with world renowned architects and want you to have the ambition to work at this level.

We seek to recruit for a senior role, and depending on your experience this could either be as a Senior Associate or Associate Director.

In the coming year, you will:

• Take the lead on exciting and diverse projects
• Ensure that client management runs smoothly
• Manage teams and consultants professionally
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• As part of our Senior Team, uphold our ethos of excellence in all aspects of the work whilst working within and helping to support & grow our company culture
• Have confidence in your work and the ability to adapt to changing situations
• Utiltise your previous experience to help run commercial/residential schemes
• Celebrate progress and achievements

The right candidate will have minimum 10 years post part 3 experience of delivering high-end houses, as well as luxury residential multi-unit schemes; experience of high-rise towers and international developments are of benefit. We value individuals who show initiative and open mindedness as well as recognise the difference between goals and tasks. Knowledge and competent use of VWX, SKUp, Office and Adobe Suite are of benefit, but not essential – an eye for detail and being adept at picking up new systems quickly are key.
