Last night was another fantastic night for Strom Architects with The Quest winning an RIBA South West award, and Magnus winning Project Architect of the Year!
The RIBA put on a great evening at The Harbour Hotel in Bristol, and it was great to see some familiar faces, and to meet some new ones.
The RIBA is a global professional body for architects, and for the industry of architecture itself. They exist to advance the creation of not only exciting and innovative architecture, but architecture that supports communities and helps make the world a better place to live. The combination of judges for these awards - architects and people outside of the industry - mean that acclaim for these projects comes not just from an architectural viewpoint, but from a human one. We are so grateful that something we have worked so hard for is appreciated by the industry we are proud to be part of, but also by a wider audience.
We would like to thank the RIBA, and all the judges, for making our night such a rewarding and memorable one. The Quest and her owners are a continuing source of success and pleasure for us, and we are thankful to have been given the opportunity to create this special home.
